Overview
Strapi lets every team design its own content types, so a post’s body, slug, cover image and SEO fields can live anywhere. Copying posts in by hand means uploading media, linking authors and remembering to publish.
Connect Strapi with your base URL and an API token, then map each content type once. Maintouch creates and updates entries, uploads media to your library and respects Draft & Publish on both v4 and v5.

Entries go out published or as drafts, on content types that use Draft & Publish in v4 or v5.
Media in your library
Images mapped to a Media field are uploaded to your Strapi media library, up to 50 MB each, and reused on later updates.
Authors as relations
Map the author to a relation and Maintouch links the matching entry in your authors collection.
Fixes for live entries
Push accepted title, slug, meta and schema changes straight to entries already on your site.

Which Strapi versions work?
Strapi v4 and v5. Maintouch detects the version from your API’s responses and handles drafts the way each one expects.
What kind of API token do I need?
A Full access token, or a Custom token with Content-Type Builder and Upload permissions. A read-only token cannot load your content types.
Does it work with the Blocks editor?
Not yet. Map the body to a Rich text (Markdown) or Text field instead.
