Overview

Every post Maintouch writes or refreshes has to end up in WordPress, with its blocks, images, categories and SEO fields intact. Copying it over by hand is where formatting breaks and meta descriptions go missing.

Connect WordPress and Maintouch publishes straight to your site. New posts go out as drafts or live, existing posts update in place, and title, H1 and meta fixes push straight back to the page.

How it works

  1. 01

    Add an application password

Create one in your WordPress profile and paste it in with your site URL. No plugin needed.

  2. 02

    Set up collections

Choose which post types Maintouch publishes to and map any ACF fields you use.

  3. 03

    Publish from Maintouch

Send posts live or as drafts, and update existing posts whenever content changes.

What you get

Real Gutenberg blocks

Images and FAQs arrive as native blocks, headings and lists are one toggle away, and custom blocks are preserved.

Yoast and Rank Math

Titles, meta descriptions and focus keywords sync to whichever SEO plugin you run.

Elementor pages too

Push H1, title and meta fixes into Elementor-built pages, not just classic posts.

Custom post types and ACF

Publish to any post type, fill ACF fields and sync categories and tags.

Permissions

Posts and pages Create new posts and update existing ones you publish from Maintouch.

Questions

Do I need to install a plugin?

No. Maintouch uses the WordPress REST API. If you use Yoast, a small helper plugin lets us write its SEO fields.

Can posts go out as drafts?

Yes. Every publish lets you choose between a draft for review and going live right away.

Does it work with Elementor?

Yes, on Elementor 3.27 or later. Use an application password from an administrator account.
