Overview

If your team records meetings in Attio, your customer conversations sit right next to the deals they belong to. Those calls are full of questions and objections worth writing about.

Connect Attio and Maintouch imports your call recordings and transcripts every day, writes a summary of each one, and analyzes a fresh batch after each sync for customer questions, competitor mentions and product feedback.

How it works

  1. 01

    Connect with Attio

Sign in with Attio and approve access to your workspace. There is no key to copy.

  2. 02

    Name your internal domains

Calls where every attendee is on your own domains are skipped. Add a title filter to narrow it further.

  3. 03

    Let it run

The first sync starts when you connect and covers the last 30 days. New calls sync every day.

What you get

Late transcripts still land

If a recording’s transcript isn’t ready yet, Maintouch checks again on later syncs.

A summary for every call

Maintouch writes a short summary of each recording from its transcript.

Questions by funnel stage

Customer questions are tagged top, middle or bottom of funnel, ready to become posts and FAQs.

Competitor mentions

When a buyer names a competitor, Maintouch captures it and uses it to keep battlecards current.

Questions

Is this the same as Attio lead tracking?

No. They are separate connectors. Lead tracking reads CRM records for attribution, and this one reads your meeting recordings.

Are internal meetings included?

Only if you leave internal domains blank. List your domains and calls with no outside attendees are skipped.

Does Maintouch write to Attio?

No. The call sync only reads meetings, recordings and transcripts.
