Overview

Maintouch writes from your knowledge base. When a feature ships, a price changes or something is removed, that knowledge base goes stale, and new posts describe a product you no longer sell.

Connect Linear and Maintouch reads your completed issues. A weekly agent compares them with your knowledge base and adds the changes customers would notice, and Agent M can tell you what shipped whenever you ask.

How it works

  1. 01

    Connect with Linear

Sign in with Linear and approve read access to your workspace.

  2. 02

    Pick your teams

Choose the teams whose work customers see. Leave the selection empty and Maintouch reads every team.

  3. 03

    Let the weekly agent run

Maintouch adds a Linear → Knowledge Base agent that runs every Monday and checks the last 14 days of completed issues.

What you get

Only customer-facing changes

The agent looks for new features, pricing changes and removals, and skips bug fixes, design tweaks and internal work.

Short, factual updates

Each change lands as one clear fact, written from the customer’s side, with no ticket numbers. Most weeks it changes nothing, and says so.

Ask what shipped

Ask Agent M what changed in the product over the past week, or up to 90 days back, and get an answer from your completed issues.

Yours to edit

The weekly agent is a regular custom agent. Change its instructions or schedule, or turn it off.

Permissions

read List your teams and read completed issues: title, description, team, labels and completion date.

Questions

Can Maintouch create or edit Linear issues?

No. Maintouch asks for read access only and never creates, edits or comments on issues.

When does the weekly agent run?

Mondays at 07:00 UTC, starting with the next one after you connect. You can change the schedule like any custom agent.

What if I delete the agent?

It stays deleted. Reconnecting Linear does not bring it back.
