Connect tl;dv and Maintouch imports your external meetings every day, writes a summary of each one, and analyzes a fresh batch after each sync for customer questions, competitor mentions and product feedback.
How it works

Paste your API key
Create an API key in tl;dv and paste it in. Maintouch checks it before saving.

Keep it external
External meetings only is on by default, using tl;dv’s own meeting type. Add a title filter to narrow it further.

Let it run
We import the last 30 days of meetings, then sync new ones every day.
What you get
Late transcripts still land
tl;dv can take a while to process a transcript. Maintouch checks back on later syncs until it’s ready.
A summary for every call
Maintouch writes a short summary of each meeting from its transcript.
Questions by funnel stage
Customer questions are tagged top, middle or bottom of funnel, ready to become posts and FAQs.

What if a transcript isn’t ready yet?
Maintouch saves the meeting and looks for the transcript again on later syncs, so it’s picked up once tl;dv finishes processing.
Are internal meetings included?
Not by default. Maintouch only asks tl;dv for meetings it classifies as external, and you can turn that off.
Does Maintouch write anything back to tl;dv?
No. Maintouch only reads meetings and transcripts.
