Overview

Support tickets show the questions customers actually ask. That is often the best material for an FAQ, a help article or a page that needs a refresh.

Connect Pylon through its official MCP server and Agent M can search the issues, accounts and contacts in your support workspace, using the tools Pylon’s server offers.

How it works

  1. 01

    Click Connect

An org admin connects Pylon once for the whole organization.

  2. 02

    Sign in with Pylon

Approve access in Pylon’s sign-in window. Nothing to copy or paste.

  3. 03

    Check the tool list

The connector page lists every tool Pylon’s server offers. Test re-checks the connection any time.

What you get

Search your support queue

Ask which issues mention a feature, a competitor or a pricing question, and get the answer from Pylon.

Account and contact lookups

Pull up a customer account or contact while you plan content for that segment.

Customer names stay private

Content refresh runs can use Pylon as background, but never quote or name a customer in your post.

Every call logged

Each Pylon tool call Agent M makes shows up on the connector’s Logs tab.
