Add a Maintouch webhook in Circleback and each meeting it sends arrives with its transcript and Circleback’s notes. Maintouch skips internal calls, then analyzes new calls for questions, competitor mentions and product feedback.

Generate a webhook
Create a webhook URL for your workspace in Maintouch.

Add it in Circleback
Paste the URL into Circleback, then copy its signing secret back into Maintouch.

Set your filters
List your internal domains and add a title filter. Meetings that don’t match are skipped as they arrive.

Delivered by webhook
Meetings arrive when Circleback sends them, and each one queues analysis, so there is no daily sync to wait for.
Circleback notes included
The notes Circleback wrote are saved as the call summary, next to the full transcript.
Signed deliveries
Every delivery is checked against your signing secret. Anything unsigned or tampered with is rejected.
Competitor mentions
When a buyer names a competitor, Maintouch captures it and uses it to keep battlecards current.
Questions
Does it import past meetings?
No. Maintouch receives the meetings Circleback sends after you add the webhook.
What if Circleback sends a meeting twice?
It’s saved once. Repeat deliveries of the same meeting are skipped.
Does Maintouch sign in to my Circleback account?
No. Circleback pushes meetings to your webhook, and Maintouch never reads from your account.
