Overview
Fathom already records and summarizes your customer calls. The questions, objections and competitor comparisons in those calls are the raw material for content that sounds like your buyers.
Connect Fathom and Maintouch imports your external meetings every day, transcript and Fathom summary together. After each sync it analyzes a fresh batch for customer questions, competitor mentions and product feedback, and what it finds lands in your knowledge base and battlecards.
How it works

Paste your API key
Create an API key in Fathom and paste it into Maintouch. We check it before saving.

Keep it external
External meetings only is on by default, based on Fathom’s calendar invitees. Add a title filter to narrow it further.

Let it run
We import the last 30 days of meetings, then sync new ones every day.

Each call arrives with the summary Fathom wrote, next to the full transcript.
Questions by funnel stage
Customer questions are tagged top, middle or bottom of funnel, ready to become posts and FAQs.
Competitor mentions
When a buyer names a competitor, Maintouch captures it and uses it to keep battlecards current.

Are internal meetings included?
Not by default. Maintouch only imports meetings with at least one external calendar invitee, and you can turn that off.
Does Maintouch rewrite Fathom’s summaries?
No. When Fathom has a summary, we keep it. Maintouch only writes one for calls that arrive without it.
Does Maintouch change anything in Fathom?
No. Maintouch only reads meetings, transcripts and summaries.
