Copy your API key from Fireflies and paste it in. Maintouch checks it before saving.

Name your internal domains
List your company’s email domains. Calls where every participant is on those domains are skipped.

We import the last 30 days of calls, then sync new ones every day.

How does Maintouch tell internal calls from customer calls?
By participant email. If everyone on a call uses one of the internal domains you list, the call is skipped.
Can I limit it to sales calls?
Yes. Add a title filter like customer|demo and only matching calls are imported.
Does Maintouch write anything back to Fireflies?
No. Maintouch only reads transcripts and summaries.
