Why does Read AI need a refresh token?
Read AI access tokens expire. With the refresh token, Maintouch can get a new one and the daily sync keeps working.
Are internal meetings included?
Only if you leave internal domains blank. List your domains and meetings with no outside attendees are skipped.
Does Maintouch write to Read AI?
No. Maintouch only reads meetings, transcripts and summaries.
