Analyze the customer calls you already transcribe in Google Meet, with no recorder bot.
Overview
If your team turns on transcripts in Google Meet, the questions buyers ask are already written down. No extra notetaker has to join the call.
Connect your Google account and Maintouch reads the finished Meet transcripts from your recent calls, labels each speaker and writes a summary. It then analyzes a fresh batch for customer questions, competitor mentions and product feedback.
Sign in with the Google account you use for Meet. Maintouch shows which account it runs as.
Only meetings with a finished Google Meet transcript are imported, so turn on transcripts for the calls you want analyzed.
The first sync starts when you connect and covers the last 30 days. New calls sync every day.
Maintouch reads the transcript Meet created, so there is no bot in the call and nothing new to install.
Each line is matched to the participant who said it, so you can tell buyer questions from your team’s answers.
Customer questions are tagged top, middle or bottom of funnel, ready to become posts and FAQs.
When a buyer names a competitor, Maintouch captures it and uses it to keep battlecards current.
